Operations Service
The Operations Service:
- takes control of the project after the construction file has been approved and sees it through to completion,
- confirms the manufacturers’ orders, draws up and updates the construction plan, and receives deliveries on the work site,
- organises and coordinates the work by in-house employees and sub-contractors,
- responds to requests from the project manager and the customer,
- proposes and implements remedies to problems that occur during the implementation phase.
The civil engineering (excavation, road works, building, fencing, etc.) is usually carried out by local enterprises under Epur Nature supervision. Epur Nature technicians, who work by the day or the week -depending on the distance to the site, are responsible for installing the equipment and the pipes.
The work sites are managed by an experienced site supervisor, who is familiar with site problems andhas accumulated experience with dozens of similar installations. The supervisor materializes innovations from the R&D service and reports back on lessons learned.
The water-sealing operation is done by Epur Nature’s ASQUAL certified employees
