Maintenance Service
The Maintenance Service takes over from the Operations Service when the construction phase has been completed. This service is responsible for priming the installation, training the operating staff, managing the station during the guarantee period, and post-guarantee services.
The station’s operating staff is trained through visits to other installations, process introduction days, and remote or personal site
support. Operators are welcome to participate in all stages, from project conception to construction.
The station is run by the operating staff, under the supervision of Epur Nature during the guarantee period, usually lasting one year.
After-sales service is available beyond the guarantee period. Management data can be obtained in real time on Epur Nature
computers to analyze, monitor and advise the operators. We constantly monitor close to 100 stations.
With this in mind, we offer a “calm waters” assistance contract that includes:
- a telephone assistance
- an annual preventive maintenance visit,
- an annual report with information from the distance diagnostic and the site visit with recommendations for possible improvements
- a regular monitoring and a distance diagnostic of station operations,
- an alert in case of malfunctioning caused by: breakdown, defects in electromagnetic parts, non-treated water bypasses, etc.
- on-site assistance, as required.
